Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DealBid, a wholesale real estate auction platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into contracts to use DealBid.
Auctions, bids & assignments
Wholesalers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for honoring the auction terms they set. Bids are commitments to transact at the bid amount, subject to each auction’s format and any reserve. DealBid facilitates the connection between buyers and sellers but is not a party to, broker of, or guarantor of any transaction, assignment, or contract between users.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by posting fraudulent listings, manipulating auctions, attempting to view or interfere with other users’ private bid data, or disrupting the security or operation of the service.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. DealBid is not responsible for the conduct of any user or the outcome of any transaction. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealBid’s liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service for conduct that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users or the platform.
